Doesn’t seem to matter if that’s what they’ve stated they wanted. They wanted a shiny and I offered one. They didn’t want it, so that’s that.

Depends if it’s used for masuda method or not. If not, then i’d say its worth is rather low. Everyone is given access to one (or up to three if using multiple saves), you just have to pick which nature you want.
