Is there a simple or easy way to acquire shiny delta Pokemon other than just straight breeding them and just getting it that way? This is also under the assumption that I’ve already caught them so I cannot reset for it in battle.

Well if you trade d dittos with someone in a diff region then the masuda method would apply in breeding. Other than resetting and trading, there aren’t really any simpler ways to shiny hunt.
Whats the best way to get a Delta Ditto from another region, just ask around?
yes, just ask trades. I’d rec going on the discord as its usually easier to find trades there
