I am trying to get all the mega stones and on the wiki it said it can be found in the Mt. Rose base via heart swap however I could not find a manaphy statues

you need to go up the ladder to Mt. Rose, and use Heart Swap on the Manaphy statue on the west part of the map:

wiki should be fixed now too
