Reading the wikipedia they tell me that if I complete the challenge of the champion I can capture shadow mewtwo but I have the doubt if it is necessary for the pokedex
no. shadow mewtwo is from Pokken, so it counts as a shadow ‘form’ of mewtwo. I personally recommend getting the regular mewtwo, as challenge championship is, well, a challenge.
