Every pokemon in the game has a 1/8192 chance of being shiny. Including the mew that’s with you for a short while at the beginning of the game and every trainer’s pokemon as well 
I thought only wild pokemon can be shiny
seeing someone else in the game having a shiny after the time that shiny thundurus deafeated me is kind of sad xD

Well i found a shiny seedot randomnly, not the best but still a shiny xD
