Where are the stairs anyway? And yes, I want that Houndoomite. Mega Houndoom’s got a great design, is stronger and faster, and can take hits better than regular Houndoom. They probably should have given it a different Ability but that’s Gamefreak’s fault, not the Insurgence developers.
The stairs are northeast of the entrance to the Infernal Base.
