What badge is required to use rock climb?
Also currently , a NPC in a house outside but before a major village gives you FLY HM, when you try to use it , it says need additional badge, I know of the rocketboots and the VIP pass from the pika taxi guy, but will there ever be a FLY/ SURF/ Whirlpool/ Waterfall/Dive badge, or are those error messages something not deleted so far in the game polishing?
You need the fourth gym badge for fly, Rock climb isn’t in the game yet.
You need specific badges to use HMs, as a little explanation.
@pokemonerd25. Thanks. Theres many rock climb areas, so its future update ideas? One of the NPC s in a early village comments there is a cave behind the town, but it looks like the only way to get there is rockclimb, i ll be raising a torterra soon, but Its great to wait for related future content and HMs.
The game isn’t even finished yet, so Rock Climb will be available after one of the last two gyms.
@pokemonerd25, Do you know why there is a game world option for Hypnosis, I remember the HM moves have a option to use the move , and some moves like teleport/Dig/SweetScent have additional option , But my haunter who im raising to use Hypnosis/ Dreameater combo, still has a extra gameworld option that seems to be not useable.
Don’t know. What other moves does it know?
Hmm, im not EV/IV trainer expert, but so far he plays good with my team synergy. My haunter at level 53 and levitate ability has , Hypnosis, Dreameater , Suckerpunch and Nightmare( the move that does more damage as your level increases).Already caught a gengar, and i know there are delta/ machoke ingame trade pokemon options Im waiting to clear more badges to evolve him with the witch doctor, that store in blackmarket is not open for me yet as i have 3 badges
Are you sure theres 8 gyms, its standard and zeta had 16 in 2 regions, but i was thinking suzerain would make this game different with the cult leader storyline, There is a particular NPC that says a comment like , [most games have 8 gyms but this region is different]. then immediately he comments on [ the elite 4 or superteam that havent been beaten and that he thinks they havent been challenged]. Unless your a game creator/writer. how many gyms there are is still in suspense/ not released info
Pokémon Zeta and omicron had 12 standard gyms plus 4 sigil halls with the elite 4. I’m quite sure at least Torren is going to have 8 badges, don’t know about the other region. I don’t know about your haunter.
Hypnosis was meant to be a field move to put trainers to sleep.
@Shaymin I ll try the hypnosis near waiting trainers next time , lol. @pokemonerd25 , there are 16 badges in total even though some are called sigil halls, potato potaato. Thanks guys.
It ‘was’ meant to be, I’m pretty sure it doesn’t actually work.
