Rock Climb/Hiking Boots?

I have beaten the elite four and beat the timeless trainers. I read around for the answer but couldn’t find one so how do you get the hiking boots and or rock climb? I saw that there is supposedly someone in the perfection base but there isn’t one. Also rock climb druddigon doesn’t work.

You need to start Orion’s quest line to be able to get them.

Thanks I thought I should try to do his thing because i had nothing else to do

You get it in the perfection base after defeating the green haired zygard guy.
