Where can I get the item that let me challenge trainers I have already fought against? (Don’t know the name of it)

The Vs. Seeker is not in insurgence currently. Don’t remember whether it’ll be in 1.2 or not. Amulet coin. Luck incense.

isn’t there an item in your pokegear called the memory chamber where you can fight the trainers you battled already?
No, the memory chamber only holds a few specific trainers, like youngster Joey or a few youtubers. Loads of references.
