Rapidash can't learn Megahorn?

when I watch his movepool on bulbapedia, that’s not the same :

I know that I must had learned it when he evolved, but I had check the wiki before to know if there is any TM or Move tutor for that (and it’s the case). Anyone have a solution for my issue?

Pokemon Insurgence follows Gen 6 mechanics, not Gen 7. Rapidash is not compatible with Megahorn in Gen 6.

By the way, Rapidash doesn’t use TMs to learn Megahorn. Rapidash learns Megahorn at the start, and you may want to go to the move relearner to get it.

I realized I never asked you how you are teaching Rapidash Megahorn. Rapidash can indeed learn Megahorn in Gen 6, from using the move relearner, as it learns it at level 1. That is what it appears to list on the French website. However, in Gen 6, Rapidash can not learn Megahorn from a TM, unlike Gen 7. (as also seen from the " Par CT/CS " part of the French website I believe, I apologize as I cannot read French)
