Ability: Merciless (I know it is gen 7, but bring it in for the god-tier poison boi)
Mega Butterfree: +10 Special Attack, +30 Defense and Special Defense, +30 Speed
Ability: Serene Grace (Turning this thing into a Togekiss-Level nightmare, but this thing has speed)
Mega Dunsparce: +20 Attack, +20 Defense and Special Defense, +40 Speed
Ability: Moxie (Yep, why not?)
Also, make it a normal/ground in mega form
Mega Delta Dunsparce: +30 Attack, +15 Defense and Special Defense, +40 Speed
Ability: Skill Link (Keep the 5-shot but buff speed and attack? Seems fair xD)
Not bad suggestions, but Insurgence is currently in a feature lock. There are no plans to add any new mechanics, features, or elements to the game, and only improvements and fixes will be added until further notice. Sadly, that means no new deltas or megas until the devs feel like they would like to pick that ball back up.
