I would recommend using Delta Regirock instead of Delta Tangrowth because Regirock has much higher stats and lack the flying and fairy weaknesses.
I hate this D.Dragonite set. With how little speed you have, basically any decent choice Scarf users will outspeed you. I recommend a Choice Band set with Wild Charge, Waterfall, Ice Punch and U-Turn. 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe.
Ok thanks. I’m still learning how to build teams. If I replace d tangrowth with d regirock, and rebuild the d dragonite like you said, which team member should I cut? I’m trying to use this for the dev island when I get to that point, so which team members would be MOST useful or the best to replace with something else? I’m down to 7, but I need to remove one!

It’s between Delta Blaziken and Deta Volcarona, maybe. I didn’t checked the Dev Islands team in a while, I’ll give you more info tomorrow.
Delta Volcarona will Bring a much more defensive playstyle, with a manual rain setter at your disposal and an extremely tough to break Pokémon. It’s also a reliable Ground switch-in.
On the other hand, Delta Blaziken added Offense will turn your team more into a balanced style with a hard hitting revenge killer.
Also, be warned, I think one of the dev has a Primal Groudon and/or Primal Arceus, so be careful. Also one other have a Sun team. Using an Uber/AG Pokémon won’t be cheating, right? Your choice.

When it really comes down to it, I’ll probably just use primal Kyogre
Well, maybe not. Regular Kyogre would be good, but Primal Kyogre will reset your weather and it will fade away as it switch out. The Hoenn primal are better in weatherless teams.
