Hey guys so I wanted to teach my Metagross zen headbutt, but the psychic move tutor that is supposed to be in front of the Pokemon center in Hekate town is missing. She shows up on my other save files but not this one. Does anyone know how to fix this?
You need to defeat the Selene Gym(Diana) first,then it will appear.
