My prinplup isnt evolving and its at level 38, it shouldve evolved 2 levels ago. Can someone please help because i dont want a level 40+ prinplup by the time i make it to helios city. Thanks 
Ensure that you don’t have something stopping the evolution, such as an everstone.
Yeah for some reason it evolved at lvl 40 instead of lvl 34. Is this a bug?
