Personally, I would drop Achilles Heel and Heavy Slam for Return and Knock Off. Keeping Drain Punch and Earthquake, your new moveset should look like:

-Return
-Earthquake
-Knock Off
-Drain Punch

I dont know how good that idea is but ill take your word for it if i dont get ny suggestions i like better

Fair enough. However, max happiness Return (102 BP if I recall correctly) outdamages Achilles Heel after STAB (Return is ~153 and Achilles Heel is ~135). Knock Off has more utility than Heavy Slam, assuming you’re facing the E4 on Normal or Hard mode since every enemy Pokemon will be holding an item. Plus, in addition to having variable BP, Heavy Slam doesn’t really help a ton with coverage- you have Drain Punch for Ice and Earthquake for Rock. The only thing it hits is Fairy types, but I only recall there being like 2-3 tops in the E4 rosters.

If you’re really worried about having Steel-type coverage, Iron Head is more consistent than Heavy Slam. Other coverage options include Zen Headbutt, Fire Punch, Ice Punch, and Thunder Punch.
