as I’m shiny hunting giratina as my last pokemon for my shiny quest I was wondering what is the best nature and move set for it

I’d say timid nature is the best for it. With a set that consists of:

Calm Mind
Dragon Pulse
Shadow Ball
Aura Sphere.
