Finally beat Reukra in my Hard Mode playthrough (Volcarona stan)
Anyways, I’m here to ask about a lil post game team I made (coz idk if its good)
So, here it is:
Delta Venusaur
Moonlight
Calm Mind
Psychic
Moonblast
Blaziken Ability: Speed Boost
Flamethrower
High Jump Kick
Earthquake
Swords Dance
Delta Dragonite
Aqua Tail/Waterfall
Thunder/Thunderbolt
Rain Dance/Calm Mind/Livewire
Dragon Claw/Dragon Pulse
Delta Metagross (Ruin) Ability: Rock Head
Earthquake
Wood Hammer
Diamond Storm
Brick Break
Delta Volcarona (Armored) Ability: Levitate
Dark Pulse
Sludge Wave
Roost
(idk)
Last slot is either:
Primal Giratina
Iron Head
Earthquake
Shadow Force
Dragon Claw
or
Delta Charizard
Shadow Ball
Sludge Bomb
Dragon Pulse
Flamethrower
Pls help me decide between the moves and suggest me which items to use. Feel free to change up the team. Your opinions are much appreciated. Thanks and have a pleasant evening

Use either Blaze Kick or Flare Blitz as Blaziken’s Fire STAB.
Use a physical attacking set on D.Dragonite. Although I would recommend you switch for a full Rain team if using it, the moves for a non-rain set is: Waterfall, Wild Charge, Earthquake / Ice Punch, Rain Dance
Use Head Smash on D.Ruingross. Use a Choice Band too.
Primal Giratina is clearly better than Delta Charizard period.

He didn’t explain reasoning behind this. But flamethrower is a Sp.atk move and Blaziken specializes in Attack. So using a Sp.atk move on a Physical Pokémon is not good. Flare blitz high dmg but recoil. blaze kick kinda low dmg thats it. You choose

For Blaziken I’d recommend:
Protect
Sword Dance
Fire Punch
High Jump Kick
Protect is used when you want to raise your speed without worrying about dying.
For Primal Gira, I prefer a special set, of:
Shadow Ball
Aura Sphere
Dragon Pulse
Calm Mind
And there is also the fact that Blaze Kick and Flare Blitz will receive the boost from Swords Dance.
