Pokepon recharge time?

im currently trying tocomplete my pokedex, and i got an nature* change for mew BACK TO BACK from pokepon. thats lucky right? currently hoping for a shiny roll on it. can someone tell me how much time does it need to recharge?

The recharging time is 20 minutes of irl time, but it also includes a random amount of steps, the maximum amount of steps being 1500. If you just have one of the requirements the attendant will tell you that it’s been too short of a time and to come back later.
