Poképon not working

I have read through several conversations about the clerk no longer working and being stuck saying it has been too short between my uses, but I am confused. From what I have read, that only happens when you change the internal clock, which I didn’t do. Is there a way to fix this?

You can try downloading a previous version, like 1.2.5,and then fulfill the conditions to use the pokepon.
After you sucessfully use the pokepon in that previous version you can continue to play in the current version (1.2.7 at this moment)
