Some suggestions:
As you can see there are multiple spots where there are still blue outllines 
the red and blues are basically solid colors 
The whole body also needs shading, as its just pure white too
Sometimes, putting more shading then the actual pokemon looks nice as well
As you can see, I added another layer of darker colors at the bottom, and the flower
also totally not flexing one of my previous recolors

winter typlosion (will add one without flames) white near flames is snow eyes show he is shivering

Looks amazing!!! One change however, the outlines, you used light blue for some of them, And outlines are supposed to be dark, so the thing that is outlined stands out
Oh, and the eyes, try to refrain from using halfpixels, as sometimes it messes the sprite up
