Hi, I’m righting this because my little caught a Hoopa on 1.1.8 randomized. but when he got 1.2.3, his Hoopa change into a Volcanion. The Moves, EV’s, IV’s, Nature, Stats, everything was the same as if it was still Hoopa. He doesn’t really mind but he just wants to know why his Hoopa change into a Volcanion.
