I was doing the tean quest and my game bugged out i tryied resteting and it didn’t worked. Zygarde hts zecrom it turns and i can’t move. Please help i don’t wont to restet the game to the begging. And i saved at the entrence and i can’ go back

I did. But still I wont be able complete this quest. Can i progres in post game still? And i notice something before the fight there is a black orb in left up corner, when i went on yt i didn’t was it on anyone’s vid.
