All the E4 pokemon are matching my pokemon’s levels
like a 97 mamoswine i’m playing on normal and stuck cuz when I grind up the E4 members levels go up to. Is this normal and if so how can I beat the E4
You need to have decent type coverage, maybe EV train and stuff… stock up on healing items, improve strategy, stuff like that.

Indeed, the E4 scale to your highest level mon, I’d suggest training all your mons to a similar level.
