It is intended to set up on mons with a high attack stat. Power split gives it some punch and basically halves the other mon’s offense. Spikes are because I had an entry-hazard-heavy team, so why not even more? The main mode of operation was to power split, 100% acc no guard confuse, lay all of the spikes, and use gyro ball for coverage. I used my only pp up on this mon because having two 5pp moves sucks.
