I just finished in the dream realm and need to get to Gaea Town to meet with Nora but I need rock climb to get there. I know I have to get a phone call from someone first to start the quest but don’t know how to trigger that. Do I have to beat the elite four before I can get the hiking boots?
You’re actually supposed to go to the crystal caves in Amphitrite city. Hiking boots are postgame, given during the Taen and Orion quest.
