So i got no crystal piece from giratina and im pretty mad cuz primal giratina looks cool
Does anybody know what is happening

Have you finished the e4? You only get the crystal pieces post-game.

Yeah, you return the crystal pieces to the Timeless after defeating Giratina, and they will be returned to you in the postgame.
