So there i was leveling up a nice Clefairy using the Level Trainer, first two times i used Defense Curl and with the 3rd Audino i used Metronome just for the YOLO and i was shoked when it says:

It’s a move from Zeta and Omicron, I didn’t know it was in Insurgence. It has the effects you mentioned, but it also has the downside of making all moves super effective on the user.
I played Zeta back in the day, just beat the history both regions and then never played again, so i wasnt aware of such a move, thanks for the info and i think im gonna go play it all over again while Insurgence 1.2 comes out 
Yeah, you get the tm from beating the championship once, which is extremely postgame.
There currently is a bug where metronome can use several moves it shouldn’t be able to use, which is why it did that move.
