Further info: So i have 2 save files, one mine and the other my brother’s. He already collected all the snowballs and got all their rewards and he had 50 leftove. he then gave me them so i didnt have to do as much work(i just wanted the 15 ivstones, nothing else. I know, stupid). Then when i got my 50 leftover snow balls after getting the iv stones, i sold the snow balls. Now there is no way for me to get more snow balls and now i can’t get tm 13 Ice beam
EDIT: ill give the shiny drifbloom after you have taught the greninja ice beam.
