For Egyptians, it isn’t so much who your parent is, it’s whose path you want to follow. The Egyptian gods don’t have demigod children. So long as you have the Blood of the Pharaohs, you can follow any god you want. Like, Carter and Sadie had the same parents, yet Carter is the host of Horus and Sadie is the host of Isis. Also, their parents were both technically mortal. They were magicians though.
