So I just recieved the halloween wooper mystery gift. I went to the pokemon center and checked for the delivery guy, and he wasn’t here. Yes, I am updated to the newest update. Do I have to meet a certain criteria to claim it? Like do I have to get to a certain town? Do I have to beat the first gym?
