Im playing egglocke right now, and I just got an eevee from an egg, but I cant evolve it, when I use a waterstone/firestone it says it wont have any effect… Can eevee evolve in egglocke?
Did you teach it any of the Move Tutor moves in Helios City, if so you cannot evolve it.
Maybe you gave it as an item to be held instead of actually using it on the eevee.
