i let zygarde kill me so i could buy more balls but then my game froze someone on the internet said save spam to reload the game now i have no more saves to reload the game from an old point… . =(

You might be able to fix it by getting older versions of those save files, to do this go to the save folder and right-click the save(s) and select Properties and click the Previous Versions tab.
