Yes you can. You can find an infinite amount via the TV or at “UDie2Day”'s friend safari.

does the beldum comes as 6 ivs shiny or something or its just to fill the pokedex
It can be shiny, but still has the normal shiny rate of 1/8192, but never 6 IV. It was meant to fill the pokedex even though you can get one via metang in the friend safari and breeding with a ditto, though that requires you to beat the sixth gym because it is a third slotter.
