I was trying to teach my Blaziken Hi Jump Kick at the Tutor in Nexa Town, but the game said that Blaziken was not able to learn Hi Jump Kick. Also, when I tried to use the move tutor to teach my Mew Soft-Boiled in Sonata City, it also said that Mew could not learn Soft-Boiled.
Is this behavior known/intended or are some of the tutors bugged?
High Jump Kick is not in Blaziken’s Tutor move pool.
As for soft boiled mew,
I don’t think there was a tutor for that in gen 6 and the devs simply forgot to add interactions for something like this happening. Might not be 100% correct.

Mew gets it in the 1.2.4 patch, found on the discord server.
Mew gets Soft-boiled on the 1.2.4 patch. If you don’t have that, hop on the Discord.

I didn’t know that the list of moves that could be tutored was different from the moves that could be learned otherwise. Thanks for the info.
