And they can be found on wild Luvdisc and randomly in smashed rocks right? Is there anywhere where you can get a consistent stream of Heart Scales? Come to think of it, I’m surprised you can’t get them in the Black Market.
The battle frontier is the only consistent source that I can recall. You can also fish with great luck, though you’ll need plenty of preparation.
But you can find them in rocks too, right? I haven’t reached a stage where I can nick them from wild Luvdisc
