Move Relearner

Dear all

I would like to make Talonflame learn “Brave Bird” and “Flare Blitz”. The secret base does not work, I mean the online service of Move Relearner, or whatever it is, I never could use it. How can I made the pokemon learn this moves? There are other methods? Breeding may be to long!

In what way is it not working? Take a screenshot of you trying to teach it those moves.

Please clarify. Even if you’re say, offline, you can still use your own base and get a move relearner by going in yours and buying your own with the tablet key item. Also if you evolved a fletchinder after level 64, you won’t be able to get brave bird unless you get another bird of the evolutionary line and evolve it to talonflame before level 64.
