I found a picture a while back but I did some upgrades to it to a point to where I can say its my own. I do plan on working on the ice above the head its just kinda hard to edit in paint.
Also this is my first take at pixel art using paint so criticism and some tips are always welcome. 
Can you add more features or what? Because it looks like you just add ice spikes to weavile then put a scarf… try to add or change its color… maybe … But its just my suggestoin ^^
Looks nice, but I have to agree with Dictionary, perhaps add more to reflect its dark typing?
