Cool! If it is primal mew, it could be Psychic/Normal (normal type because mew was the ancestor of all Pokemon).

I say mega mew with +100 to speed, normal typing, and protean as the ability.

Psychic/Normal is actually really good because it loses the Fighting and Ghost weaknesses.
