Mega eevee

Hi I realy like the idea of mega eevee with protean and all his eeveelution form in one but the major problem is that befor he mega evolve it seems he is a bit too slow and too weak…

What about making his form switching à High priority? To at least let him mega evolve. Becaus 83 SP and Def/SP Def make it’s a bit ridiculus and I think no one here want to play M-Eevee full HP and Def/sp def just to us it.

Its form does have higher priority? Its speed for that turn is determined based on the Eeveelution that it turns into at the start of the turn.

I know but i’m talking about the first turn, witch make him the most vulnerable. For the rest he transform at the speed of his “form” but to take your very first form you have at leat to survive the first turn… :confused:

I still don’t understand what you’re saying. Even on the turn that it Mega Evolves, it takes on the speed of its Eeveelution.

So to clarify;

I pick to turn into Jolteon, my speed will be Joltens base speed at the start, after if I pick umbreon, my speed will be umbreons base speed on that turn and not jolteons at the start

Yes, that’s true. But that’s not really what was being stated in the opening post or the subsequent post.

So, in the first turn M-eevee wil transorm as fast as the eeveelution chosen? Ignoring the 83 BS ?

Let make a situation: It’s the first turn with my M-Eevee and I choose Embreon(pretty slow), will my M-Eevee turn to Embreon(even befor he attack) or will still a M-Eevee to take te hit befor turning to embreon?

Yes, it ignores its 83 base Speed even on the turn it Mega Evolves.

Currently if I face Elder Clint Eastwood’s Electrode with my level 50 Mega Eevee:

  1. If Eevee Mega Evolves on the first turn and uses Thunderbolt, Eevee first Mega Evolves, then it turns into Jolteon. Jolteon outspeeds Electrode and hits it with Thunderbolt. Electrode then uses Thunder and heals Jolteon through its Volt Absorb. On the next turn, if Eevee uses Return or Flare Blitz it will now be slower than Electrode.

  2. Resetting the same scenario but here Eevee Mega Evolves on the first turn and uses Flare Blitz. Eevee first Mega Evolves, then it turns into Flareon. Electrode outspeeds Flareon and uses Thunder, Flareon then hits Electrode with Flare Blitz. On the next turn, if Eevee uses Thunderbolt it will now outspeed Electrode.

  3. Resetting the above two scenarios but here Eevee Mega Evolves on the first turn and uses Return. Eevee first Mega Evolves, then remains in its Eevee form as it has used a Normal-type attack. Electrode outspeeds Mega Eevee and uses Thunder, Mega Eevee then hits Electode with Return. On the next turn, if Eevee uses Thunderbolt it will now outspeed Electrode.

So in your example, Mega Eevee turns into Umbreon before it attacks but would still attack after Electrode.
