Mega delta Scizor and mega delta Typhlosion

Hello guys,
I want to ask wich mega is more powerful in terms of sheer power in your opinion since I have both pokemons in my team and I don’t know which one i should give the mega-stone. Mega delta Scizor with adaptability can use a 240bp close combat, while mega delta Typhlosion can boost it’s spAtk by 1 stage under new moon.

In terms of sheer power a Thunder of Mega DThyplosion under rain or noctem is stronger than Close Combat of Mega DScizor
But it’s weaker if there is no dark or rain
