I tried to give him some balanced stats,gaining a lot more Atk. and Speed,while still gaining some bulk in both defensive stats.Competitively I would personally go for a set that really inolves setting up,but then you could sweep with Mega Crobat if you set up. Here is the set:

-Roost
-Whirlwind
We can sweep with Brave Bird priority,and while we take recoil so Gale Wings isn’t always on our side, a nice 252 Speed EV’d and 31 Speed IV Mega Crobat will still outspeed a lot of things.If we get a free turn like a switch for the opponent’s side,we set up a sub.The next turn we are free to Roost and gain back 50% of our HP,minus the sub HP requiered,we get 25% of our total HP back.If we have 75%% or more HP when we set up the sub,we will get all of our HP back meaning we get Gale Wings’ effect.Of course if you want you can use another move.Whirlwind is there to get rid of sweepers who use stat boosting moves.
