What actually happens when you beat Elite 4 but Reukra still managed to win the final battle? Is he a new champion? Demigod? Best trainer in the world?

Obviously, you’d just lose the battle and go back to the Pokemon League building.
Yeah I did and suddenly Elite 4 has stronger pokemons, about 110 lvl, as if I was rematching them. Don’t know whether it is how it’s supposed to be or not.
