The Smeargle has IVs: 31, 30, 28, 31, 17, 23. The ability own tempo to make it safe against confusion when catching, The moves False Swipe (to not kill pokemon), Spore (to guarantee putting to sleep), Soak (to make ghost types into water types so that false swipe can hit) and Simple Beam (to change their ability to simple so that their ability won’t effect your catching of them).

Froakie is a protean froakie with ice beam so you can have that ice STAB. this is valuable because ice beam is not a tm in the game right now.

Shuckle has toxic and contrary so you can build it up with a power split, shell smash, rest, toxic set and it can toxic other pokemon without taking much damage.

Torchic with speed boost is there so when you evolve it to blaziken you can teach it protect and it will be able to outspeed almost every pokemon in the game.
