No. You’d need to load a backup or SR if you haven’t saved yet
It depends. Most of them are 1 ofs but in some instances you’ll find yourself fighting a 2v2 against 2 legendaries and the one you don’t catch you’ll find it somewhere else.
Besides those, soft resetting is the only thing you can do.
is this as in the Kyogre one
Do you mean in the Audrey’s quest line? You have to catch Kyogre there, you can find Lugia somewhere else.
