So I accidentally left the dream realm to train my pokemon before saving nora. so I cant move on the story and get rock climb and waterfall to get back there. is there a way to get sent back there

Go to the darkrai cultists base and there will be a teleport spot in the middle of the room that at the beggining of your playthrough there was a ritual
