I am trying to catch Kyurem but it isn’t spawning in victory road ice. I have beaten taen quest and even bought Reshiram and Zekrom to the spot, but nothing happens. I dont know if i am missing a step or any other thing?

That would explain it. You can download the 1.2.4.1 patch only on the discord server due to being a test patch (It’s not being released elsewhere due to being very buggy.)
What do you mean being very buggy? Is it game breaking bugs?
Stuff such as making delta ditto unable to breed. There may be a handful of bugs that could make you stuck/ crash your game, but those weren’t big/consistent enough to be worth recording.
