@silent4panda The reason why it says “4-5IV” is because you don’t get to choose the IV’s. Since I don’t have a perfect HP Fire ditto, I can’t breed perfect HP Fire pokemon all the time and it ends up coming out to be 4IV. However, I may get lucky and get perfect IV’s. With that in mind, would you still like the starmie?
