Issues with Fonts in game on MacOS High Sierra

Hello everyone!

I’m really eager to start this game, however, whenever I try to play, I can’t see any fonts, right from the beginning of the game. I have followed the advice of prior threads, where I would install the fonts and restart my macbook with no luck. Has anyone in my position figured out how to fix this issue?

To give more information, every time I install the fonts, I can see them in my fonts folder, but when i double click the fonts file from the contents of the game, it says “uninstalled font” again.
