I don’t have the option of the dexnav in the menu, nor does the hotkey work for it. Do you get it somewhere, or should you immediately have it?
You pick up the Dexnav in Shade Forest after receiving your starter, if I recall correctly. If you’re past that point and don’t have it yet, it’s probably just sitting on the floor of the forest.
Edit: Just checked the wiki; it should be near the entrance.
