She most likely refers to some unknown undiscovered Pokemon in the deep depths of the ocean. Basically her talking how Water Type pokemon are superior or something

Its really nothing that relevant to the game and collecting the dex. I dont remember now,but Audrey probably talked how much of the ocean and its depths are undiscovered,much like real life where we know more about space than the sea. Like we have rumours or whatever about a giant squid. Much like how Audrey spoke of a giant Tentacruel
